The Glatt Multicell (GMC).
A system in GMP-compliant design for the granulation and drying of pharmaceutical and foodstuffs products.
A single system size allows widely differing production volumes to be produced. No scale-up from laboratory to production scale required.

Cleaning
A Multicell system is ready to meet any requirement, whether it be an effective WIP pre-cleaning system or a fully automatic, validatable CIP cleaning process. With the SC SuperClean® concept, Glatt is offering a patented technology, which sets the standard world-wide for the cleaning of fluid bed systems.

Total containment
The hermetically sealed product path and the upstream/downstream product conveyor system guarantee contamination-free operation.

 
 

 

Semi-continuous operation
Production with defined and reproducible sub-batches of constant size enables different volumes to be produced continuously both for new medicines and for existing, registered formulations.

  Flexibility
The same machine can be deployed for laboratory use with small production quantities as for production with maximum throughputs. In principle, the vertical granulator and drying towers can also be used separately.
 
  Time to Market
The principle is simple. Small sub-batches, continuous operation. The production quantity is controlled by the time.
The laboratory machine is the same as the production machine. Scaling up is no longer necessary.
This means that the development time is considerably reduced and your product can be introduced to the market much more quickly. Time is money.

  User-friendly control system
The Glatt MegaView control system provides simultaneous control of all system components as well as recipe management. This system guarantees a perfect overview of the machine and the process on different screens.
